Carl von Utfall Danielsson is head of railway markets at the Swedish Transport Agency since 2022. Before then, he worked there as an analyst since 2018. He has previously worked as an economic consultant at Copenhagen Economics. Carl von Utfall Danielsson has been the representative of the Swedish Transport Agency in IRG-Rail’s working groups Charges and Charges for Service Facilities between 2018 and 2022.
He holds a BSc Economics degree from Lund University and a MSc degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
