Anne Yvrande-Billon has been invited at the third European Rail Summit in Brussels organized by the Railway Gazette Group.
This year's Summit will discuss the strategic, political and technical challenges facing Europe's rail sector especially with regard to the implementation of the Fourth Railway Package.
Anne Yvrande-Billon will introduce the third session on Market Opening & the Customer by giving the audience a presentation Regulatory structures to encourage customer focus.
