The meeting was attended by the representatives of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Great Britain.
Mr Radosław Pacewicz, General Director of UTK, chaired the meeting.

Topics discussed during the meeting covered the most important issues and regulatory challenges connected with ongoing creation of the single European railway market. The goal of IRG-Rail is to strengthen cooperation among rail regulatory bodies and to provide them with an independent forum for the exchange of information and experience.
